Hr Transformation Training And Penn State University Certification

April 26-28 saw a very unique Penn State certified training event on HR Transformation run by Dr. William Rothwell in the Dubai Address Marina, Dubai.  Dr. Rothwell is a renowned HR thought leader and author of over 100 books on HR.  The course focused on defining, planning, and implementing change in the HR function that ultimately enables business strategy and drives high performance.  The unique event was attended by major organizations in the region such as ENEC, ENOC, Tecom Group, and National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
