During February, Caliber Academy had the pleasure of hosting a customized in-house training session for a group of professionals from the one of the leading Central Banks in Africa.

This session focused upon strategy implementation and was led by a regional expert. With 70-90% of firms failing to achieve their intended strategy, it is vital to take the necessary steps in ensuring successful strategy implementation. The trainer addressed this issue and used their insight and expertise to showcase the importance of not only developing a strategy, but how to transform its rhetorical form into reality.

We were delighted to see attendees participate in a range of in-depth discussions, engaging group activities and were pleased to witness and aid in the development of action plans made to be implemented within their organization.
