This April marked a special event within our calendar, we had the pleasure of conducting an in-house training event with a leading Bank within the UAE, led by the international OD expert, Dr. Naomi Stanford.

This particular session took a deep dive into Organizational Design, allowing participants to develop a comprehensive understanding of the subject and also aided them in forming practical guidelines based on their current business functions in order to allow a synergy between HR functions and the rest of the organization.

The participants claimed that it was “truly a unique training” and that “all aspects of the training were beneficial and relevant to what we do”
