This June we had the pleasure of conducting another successful Organization Design Masterclass in the vibrant city of Johannesburg led by the industry expert, Dr. Richard Thayer. With over 40 years experience, Dr. Richard captivated the participants and offered direct insights into the realm of OD, focusing upon the role of agility. To be a truly agile organization involves having an inherent ability to sense and respond to changes in the business environment. This requires as much dynamic organization practices (responsiveness, speed, flexibility) as stable ones (structure, scale, efficiency).

The course depicted the importance of agility in designing a high-performance organization, participants benefited from a unique learning experience which combines the fundamental methodologies and practices with a hands-on practical approach which utilizes real-life case studies. This program was attended by major leading firms across multiple industries including the financial, industrial and chemical.
