Organizational Culture Transformation Training and Certification
On January 13-14, for the first time in the Middle East, a unique training session was held in the Dubai Address Marina dedicated to organizational cultural transformation. The certified training was led by celebrated organizational design and culture guru and thought leader, Dr. Naomi Stanford. Naomi, is also a renowned writer authoring several books on organizational culture, design, and health. In addition, senior consultants from the Caliber team presented regional case studies, thought leadership, and simulation exercises on the subject, which further enhanced the training experience. Organizational culture is probably the largest barrier to strategy execution yet organization’s still lack the experience, tools, and knowledge to align culture to their strategy and leverage culture to build sustained competitive advantage. In a recent cultural survey done in the Middle East, it was found that 82% of respondents believe culture is critical to an organizations success yet only 40% can sustainably change it. The training aimed to address these common challenges and focused on demystifying, measuring, and changing organizational culture through proven techniques, frameworks and interventions. Leading organizations in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia participated in the training and significantly contributed to the rich learning experience.
